2008-2009 president-elect of the Rotary Club of the Capital City. In this position,
Ramseur will preside over club meetings in the absence of the president and serve as
a member of the board of directors in preparation for his service as president in

who help build goodwill, provide humanitarian services and encourage high ethical
standards in all vocations.

department. Licensed to practice law in North Carolina, he formed his own firm in
1997 and in 2001, merged his practice with Ragsdale Liggett PLLC. He is also a
licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. Ramseur serves on the Wake County
Bar Association Facilities Committee, is active in the Wake County Real Property
